An experienced Bid Manager / Director of complex and large-scale FM, Construction, Healthcare and Private Sector bids. This associate has a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams for technically demanding and diverse bids. Particularly adept at managing both the bid cycle and the procurement process having worked in procurement for over thirteen years prior to entering the world of bid writing.

Successfully led and managed over 150 large bid submissions across various sectors.
Bid win-rate consistently over 75%.
Drove a programme of audits for a security company leading to improvements in their processes and procedures which subsequently improved their win rate within the public sector.
Supported a number of internal bid writers helping them to improve their style of writing, which has led to the creation of more compelling and quality driven returns.
