Prior to focusing on bid consultancy, this associate has held a variety of senior sales roles within the Software and Services sectors. Experience


A broad experience in proposal management / proposal consulting, successfully managing proposals with high contract values, complex teaming and sub-contract arrangements. Facilitating the development of winning strategy for complex bids through a mix of storyboarding, coaching and hands-on proposal development.
Extensive experience of bid reviews ranging from strategic reviews (pink teams) through to final sign-off reviews (red teams). Proposal Analyst experience enabling companies to develop winning strategies for complex proposals. Facilitation of customer and competitor analysis with the identification of strengths and weaknesses enables the development of strategic input into both sales activities and the proposal.
Held the position of software sales expert, working for a variety of software businesses ranging in size from 10 to 20,000 staff primarily in a sales role. The success achieved has been dependent on an ability to manage and write compelling, winning proposals that meet the needs and expectations of clients. Has experience of successfully delivering winning bids in Financial Services (including Banking, Life & Pensions and Investment Management), Central and Local Government, Professional Services, IT and Telecommunications.
