Over 10 years' experience of leading winning teams across services and products. Bids value range £2m - £300m. Experience of developing and mentoring teams in bid best practice as well as structuring bid processes. With a background in developing solutions and evaluating the merits of each bid leading to bid / no-bid meetings, bid launch meetings, development of the bid as well as chairing Red Team Reviews.
Experience in progressing win strategies, risk register and financial overview. Has experience of successfully delivering winning bids in Defence, Security, Education & Training, Products, Services, Fleet Management and also Government Grants.
