Experience


Over 20 years' experience of leading bid, operational and commercial teams in multiple sectors.
Managed bid budgets of up to £5m and teams of 30 core and 80 members.
Widely experienced in the complete business development cycle from shaping and qualification through to transition and service delivery.
Particularly adept at constructive review of operational and commercial solutions, risk assessment and final proposals.
Has an enviable track record in devising winning strategies and identifying differentiating factors for both the operational and commercial solution.
Strong team leadership skills and particularly enjoys coaching and mentoring less experienced members of the team.
