10 years of experience, advising on bids to all sectors for Professional Services firms including Accountancy (Big Four), Financial Services and Real Estate. Experienced in working with people in limited liability partnerships, companies and public sector organisations. Adept at influencing and negotiating with C-level / Partners.
Services covered to date: Audit, tax, financial advisory including corporate finance, forensic, valuations, management consultancy, pensions, investments, employee benefits and marketing including PR, events, strategic communications and digital.
Training: design and delivery of bid programmes for business units to enable people to acquire and practice skills for bidding and business development, including scoping with stakeholders, planning, project management and delivery of sessions.
