Experience


27 years' experience in providing bid management solutions to the private and public sectors, working within the NHS, SMEs and a large multi-national organisation. In-depth knowledge of national, regional, NHS and Local Authority purchasing and procurement. Consistently bid for and won successively on re-tender, procurement exercises including 9 major NHS trusts and a multitude of private sector clients in Healthcare, Transport and Insurance services; values ranging from £50k to £200m. As Head of Bids, managed a team successfully, increasing bid capacity by 75% and win rate by 85% with minimal additional investment.
