Successfully managed over 50 large bid submissions in multiple industries, values greater than £8m.

Led a programme of bidding best practice in a major IT services business and significantly improved win rates as a consequence.
Prince2 Qualified at Practitioner level and APMP Professionally Certified.

Experience


Over 16 years' experience of leading and developing winning bid teams. Has managed bid budgets of up to £10m and geographically diverse / virtual bid teams. Seasoned professional of working with and negotiating at CEO Level, with a strong focus and understanding of deal governance and excellent stakeholder management. This associate has experience of both developing and mentoring teams in bid best practice.
A background in solutions and services and experience of bid campaign management from opportunity identification through to transition and project delivery and will provide valuable input into opportunity qualification, win strategies, commercial discussions, customer negotiation and solution delivery.
Has experience of successfully delivering winning bids in Defence, Health, Security, Professional Services and IT. An excellent communicator, verbally, through presentations and in writing.
