Profile


This associate provides advice, training, and management on complex Real Estate bids. Leads bid kick-off meetings through to win / loss debriefs. This associate advises clients on sales targeting and business development strategies to increase new and develop current client opportunities.
Strengths include identifying what information has not been outlined in the brief that will influence the result and using this to develop a successful value proposition and win strategy (current market, characteristics and career impacts of the key decision makers, competitor relationships). Writing / re-writing content to make sure it is clear and concise in a way that is easy to digest. Building pitch communication plans to ensure the right level of contact is maintained throughout the process.

Key Achievements


Led winning bid with a contract value of £1.2bn for a 10 year North London development.
Led bid best practice programme of training, guides, tools, and templates to drive a national commercial property agency from 45% to 75% win rate.
Implemented target client programmes from scratch with a conversion rate of 30% within 12 months.
Head of Bid Management reporting to the COO, taking a team converting £3.1m of business to £27m within 3 years.
Bid win rate of 80%.
