Delta Platform

Hi Gemma, I saw you speak at the NWUPC conference. I am an NEUPC member, but hope you can help me. You mentioned that Delta is all connected now and information carries and flows through. However I have just set up a tender and had to input the details each time for each notice. It did not tell me which notices I needed and did not copy through any inforamtion so wanted to check if I am doing something wrong. If you can help in any way I would be grateful. Many thanks

Hi Victoria, based on the user testing I have done on the Delta platform, the information should replicate across if you are setting up subsequent notices against the existing notice (e.g. A Tender Notice against a PME Notice). If you are creating a new notice every time then the information will not transfer across. If you contact your Account Manager at Delta, they will be able to provide you with free training on how to create the new PA23 Notices as a chain of notices so that the information does copy across.
